Compensation:
The salary range is $69,000 to $124,200.00.

Compensation is determined by various factors, including labor market conditions, education, work experience, and certifications. Role Overview:
As a Facilities Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the performance of our supply chain facility by fostering a culture of reliability-centered maintenance. Your leadership will be pivotal in ensuring high equipment availability and operational success. You will lead a team of Maintenance Technicians, Utility Attendants, and EAM Software Technicians, instilling a sense of urgency and a focus on quality. Your responsibilities will include delivering solutions to complex challenges, collaborating with building leaders to optimize material handling equipment usage, managing external contractors, and overseeing multiple projects while adhering to strict timelines. You will promote a culture of continuous improvement through data-driven processes aimed at root cause elimination.

Additionally, you will enhance system reliability by taking ownership of defect management, breakdown prevention, and effective planning and scheduling. Collaboration with other department leaders will be essential to achieving engineering and maintenance goals.

Leadership Responsibilities:
Your role will encompass team leadership and development, coaching, and performance management. This includes providing constructive feedback to enhance individual performance, guiding team members toward departmental goals, and conducting performance reviews. You will oversee onboarding and training for new hires, fostering continuous enhancement of team capabilities. Building positive relationships across all organizational levels will be a key expectation.

You will be accountable for the accuracy and timeliness of performance metrics during your shift, ensuring seamless communication during shift hand-offs to maintain continuity in maintenance efforts. You will develop emergency repair plans for critical assets and manage escalation processes during downtime incidents. Promoting safety within the team will be a priority, ensuring adherence to safety procedures and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). You will conduct safety investigations and after-action reviews to identify root causes of incidents.

Asset Management:
Your responsibilities will include managing the health, reliability, and lifecycle of all site commodities, including material handling equipment, lighting, power distribution, backup generators, fire suppression systems, and more. You will authorize financial expenditures for parts in accordance with corporate guidelines and ensure the quality of work performed by external contractors. Maintaining data integrity and compliance with Asset Management standards will be essential.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Previous supervisory experience in a collaborative environment.
- Proficient in reading, interpreting, and communicating policies and procedures effectively.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and influence team dynamics while juggling multiple projects.
- Experience in managing multiple contractors.
- Self-motivated with a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent computer skills.
