Key Responsibilities- Provide support and care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting.
- Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and other service providers.
- Assist with daily living skills, including household tasks, meal preparation, and transportation.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each individual.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- CRP/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills for client note taking.
