About the Role

DABS, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Professional to join our team. As a Support Professional, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive life skills training to adults with developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist consumers with daily living activities, including light housekeeping, meal preparation, and personal hygiene routines.
  • Support consumers with medication administration, as needed.
  • Accompany consumers on outings and activities.
  • Monitor and document changes in consumers' overall status.
  • Collaborate with internal and external professionals to ensure comprehensive support.
Requirements
  • Current CPR certification (we can provide resources to obtain this).
  • Recent TB test (we can provide resources to complete this).
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus, but not required for those passionate about making a difference.
  • Valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and insurance (for roles requiring driving).
  • Pass a federal and state fingerprint background check.
