Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and patient Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide assistance and strategies to individuals with developmental disabilities to help them live well in their community and environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs
- Develop and implement individualized support plans to promote independence and community involvement
- Work collaboratively with a dedicated team of clinical staff and supportive supervisors
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
- Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
- Excellent communication, adaptability, and time-management skills
