Role Summary
As a Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in our mission, overseeing 6-8 Supported Living cases and ensuring our clients enjoy fulfilling lives within their chosen communities. Your leadership will be essential in providing support, maintaining quality assurance, and managing operations to enhance the independence and well-being of those we serve.
Key Duties
- Emergency Management: Oversee and respond to emergencies related to clients and staffing, ensuring safety and continuity of care.
- Client Interaction: Foster regular, meaningful engagement with clients and their support networks to promote independence and community involvement.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor your team, ensuring they are well-equipped and motivated to deliver exceptional support.
- Administrative Management: Supervise scheduling, training compliance, and safety protocols to ensure efficient operations and the highest service quality.
- Community Advocacy: Represent Toolworks with compassion, upholding our values and contributing positively to the community.
Qualifications
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Rehabilitation Counseling, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of three years in a role supporting adults with disabilities, with a preference for case management experience. Supervisory experience is also valued.
- Skills: Strong report writing abilities, excellent time management, and a talent for identifying and addressing challenges.
- Requirements: A clean DMV printout, First Aid/CPR certification, and the ability to travel within designated areas are essential.
