Job Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to office employees and property managers, ensuring seamless coordination of tasks and responsibilities.
  • Answer and handle incoming phone calls, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars, coordinating meetings and events with precision and attention to detail.
  • Write emails, memos, and letters, distributing them accordingly and maintaining accurate records of correspondence.
  • Maintain an organized filing system, ensuring easy access to relevant documents and information.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, verifying accuracy and timeliness of delivery.
  • Develop, update, and maintain relevant office procedures, promoting efficiency and productivity within the team.
  • Greet and assist visitors, providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive first impression.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required, with Associates degree or administrative training preferred.
  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar position, demonstrating expertise in office administration and operations.
  • Familiarity with standard office equipment, including printers and fax machines.
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Hands-on and can-do attitude, with a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
  • Reliable and punctual with attendance, with a focus on meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences for clients and colleagues alike.
