Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent strategy that aligns with the company's long-term goals.
- Lead the recruitment process, overseeing sourcing, screening, and hiring to ensure the acquisition of high-calibre candidates.
- Design and implement leadership development programs to cultivate and advance internal talent.
- Develop and execute initiatives to boost employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Oversee the performance management process, establishing clear expectations, providing feedback, and creating development opportunities.
- Must have experience building out an HR function within manufacturing (ideally food & beverage).
- Extensive experience in talent management, including recruitment, leadership development, performance management, and organizational development.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate effectively both in hands-on situations and in strategic boardroom discussions.
- Experience working with a Private Equity-backed company.
- Experience leading the HR function through Mergers & Acquisitions in a manufacturing environment.
