Chief Medical Care Coordinator

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our medical team at Partners Healthcare System. This dynamic role requires 2 years of experience in a medical/surgical environment and current licensure in Massachusetts. A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing is also required.
About the RoleAs a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for delivering patient-centered care and utilizing governing resources and technological systems to manage quality patient care. Key Responsibilities- Perform all aspects of the nursing process

To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A current RN licensure in MA
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- At least 2 years of experience in a medical/surgical environment
