The base salary range for this position is dependent upon experience and location, ranging from $69,260 to $95,233 JOB SUMMARY: The Analyst - Workforce Data & Analytics will collect, compile, and analyze HR data, metrics, and statistics, and apply this data to make recommendations related to recruitment, retention, and legal compliance. This position plays a vital role in collecting, structuring, analyzing, and reporting HR processes and data. Key competencies include data analysis, relationship management, HR expertise, communication, HR systems, and cultural awareness. Key work the Analyst will support: Support creation of workforce analytics packs and answer people related data requests Headcount reporting Support internal controls processes, audits and rate cases The above list is not exhaustive, and the role will cover a wide range of duties and experiences to provide the Analyst with a growing set of knowledge, skills and abilities. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Education & Experience Required: Bachelors' Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required Minimum of 0-2 years relevant experience Knowledge/Skills: Analytical, creative problem-solver, with decision-making capabilities. Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel (expert experience), Power Point, and SAP or other ERP Understanding of and ability to quickly learn new systems platforms (i.e., SAP, Workday, Power BI/Query) to perform necessary business tasks. Data analysis and reporting skills Attention to detail Ability to build relationships with internal and external constituents and experience in interacting with all levels of the organization. Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround deadlines Awareness handling confidential or sensitive information Interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and convey information effectively in verbal, written and electronic communication.
