About the Company

K2 Staffing, LLC is a leading IT Solutions Company located in Nashville, TN, and we are seeking a skilled Help Desk Support Level 2 Technician to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with sales teams to provide pre- and post-sales support to clients, including tasks such as discovery meetings, site visits, proposals, and presentations.
  • Deploy and manage Windows Servers and Active Directory, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Design and implement Local Area Networks (LANs) that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
  • Implement and monitor network security measures to protect against cyber threats.
  • Optimize and maintain network software and hardware to ensure maximum efficiency and uptime.
  • Build and deploy file servers and cloud computing solutions that enhance client productivity.
  • Configure and deploy VOIP solutions to improve client communication.
  • Troubleshoot network infrastructure issues to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years hands-on experience configuring, troubleshooting, and repairing networking equipment, Windows servers, and workstations, Exchange server, and Active Directory.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing environment such as sales engineering.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work with clients at a business level to understand their current and historic issues regarding their business and technology.
  • Possesses strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience writing proposals for and implementation of technical solutions to fulfill business needs.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is between $65,000 and $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
