Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Emergency Department Registered Nurse to join our team at HCA HealthONE Rose. As a key member of our emergency department, you will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team, and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to emergency department patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
  • Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse.
  • Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS Certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
  • TNCC (Trauma Nurse Core Course) and ENPC (Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course) required within 6 months of hire date.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing. BSN preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience preferred.
