Job Title: Estate Concierge

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Estate Concierge to oversee the management and operations of a private residence in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in a similar role, with a preference for candidates who have blended high-end hospitality with private household management.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations with precision, ensuring all aspects of the home are impeccably maintained.
  • Develop and manage a system for tracking clothing items across residences.
  • Oversee packing and unpacking for family travel, ensuring belongings are properly organized and transported between homes.
  • Be adept at emergency preparedness, maintaining readiness for any situation.
  • Provide high-level hospitality, managing and executing all aspects of service from food and beverage duties to welcoming guests.
  • Tidy up the home and maintain cleanliness when the timing or availability of cleaners doesn't align with the family's needs.
  • Collaborate closely with family office staff and other household employees to ensure seamless operation and communication within the home.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of five years of experience in a similar role.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to manage household operations independently.
  • Highly organized with a proven track record of managing complex household schedules and demands.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
  • Knowledgeable in modern home technology and comfortable managing a tech-forward environment.

Additional Information: This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $165,000 to $200,000 depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision. The work schedule is typically Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm with flexibility required for occasional weekends and events.
