The Position:
The Market Director’s core function is to drive new business and cultivate strategic partnerships. Your days will be filled with engaging high net worth individuals and luxury real estate professionals, leveraging your sales acumen and presentation skills to bring new auction opportunities to fruition.
We're seeking self-starters who are aligned with our company vision, confident in their abilities, and dedicated to exceeding production goals. As the point person for a dedicated region, you'll thrive on managing multiple prospecting activities while upholding our standards of consistency and integrity. RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Proactively promote company auction services to sellers, agents, and influencers.
- Network to consistently generate luxury real estate agent referrals.
- Conduct in-person sales efforts, including office presentations, in assigned regions.
- Stay informed about and articulate other ongoing company auctions.
- Conduct daily structured prospecting and follow-up to achieve goals, utilizing CRM and other tools.
- Leverage the company database and external sources to identify leads
- Prepare auction marketing proposals and agreements for new clients
- Close and execute auction agreements with new clients
- Consistently update the company CRM and tools for efficient lead management.
- Demonstrate professionalism in appearance and conduct, meeting luxury market standards.
- Collaborate across departments for company success.
- Attend auction team calls, support marketing efforts, and communicate regularly with the Inside Project Manager.
- Remain available for the Auction and Closing Teams, contributing to overall team effectiveness.
Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in luxury real estate sales, business development, or related roles, or a strong academic background with relevant internships or coursework.
- Proven ability to drive new business and cultivate partnerships, preferably in luxury real estate or a closely related industry.
- Deep understanding or the willingness to learn luxury real estate market dynamics.
- Strong sales and presentation skills, with the ability to craft compelling proposals and close agreements.
- Well-developed network or demonstrated ability to build one, including generating referrals from luxury real estate agents.
- Experience with structured prospecting and CRM tools for lead management.
- Willingness to travel overnight within the assigned region as needed.
- Professionalism in appearance and conduct, representing the company with integrity.
- Excellent collaboration skills and commitment to company values, including innovation, transparency, and teamwork.
- The ability to independently create and adhere to schedules, multitask efficiently, and allocate time effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
- Passion for luxury real estate, continuous learning, and positively impacting others.
- Occasional overnight travel may be needed
- Must obtain Real Estate license within 90 days of start date
- Currently Licensed Realtors must transfer any Real Estate License(s) to Concierge Auctions (where the company has an active brokerage)
