As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of home remodeling products, ensuring high-quality results, and maintaining our company's standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures
  • Apply finish work as needed for every construction application
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure high-quality results
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in remodeling, carpentry, or construction
  • Experience installing kitchen cabinets, acrylic baths, and/or replacement windows
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
