Job Title: Senior Staff RTL Verification Engineer

Impinj is a leading provider of RAIN RFID solutions and Internet of Things pioneer. We're driving innovation in connecting everyday items to the Internet, with a focus on retail, healthcare, and other industries. Our team is seeking a Senior Staff RTL Verification Engineer to join our silicon engineering team and contribute to the development of next-generation tag and reader chips.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop C behavioral models, RTL models, and debug verification coverage improvement through directed Verilog Test Bench development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and products to market.
  • Evolve existing RAIN RFID products through feature enhancements and performance improvements.
  • Participate in design and verification of ultra-low power silicon chips.
  • Take on a technical leadership role, mentor junior engineers, and help grow the RTL verification team.
Requirements:
  • BS in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering with coursework in computer architecture.
  • Basic knowledge of micro-controller micro architecture.
  • 8-10 years of RTL model verification experience.
  • Experience with C and System Verilog.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Perl, Ruby, or Python and Unix shell scripts.
  • Experience with Universal Verification Methodology and code coverage tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated mentoring skills.
