Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Liaison to join our team at TEKsystems. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, either in person, via phone, or through email
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Document customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their continued satisfaction

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in using technology and software applications
