Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Porter to join our team at DARCARS Automotive Group. As a Porter, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service department and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage lane flow and perform various tasks to support the service department.
  • Direct customers to their vehicles and provide shuttle service as needed.
  • Assist with service write-ups, tagging, and vehicle flow.
  • Support Advisors and Technicians with moving vehicles and completing service visits.
  • Maintain a clean and safe service area, including the floor, driveway, and walkways.
  • Comply with DARCARS policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to lift 30 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record required.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screening.
