The Utility Person / Dishwasher plays a crucial role in ensuring that our restaurant remains a welcoming and hygienic environment for all patrons. This position is vital to the overall guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining Cleanliness:
    • Ensure all silverware and dishes are impeccably clean and ready for guest use.
    • Regularly clean and sanitize the interior of the restaurant to uphold a safe and pleasant atmosphere.
    • Manage cleanliness around the exterior of the establishment, including the parking area.
    • Oversee the cleanliness and stocking of restrooms.
    • Dispose of trash properly and maintain cleanliness in the dumpster and surrounding areas.
    • Organize and clean the utility area thoroughly.
    • Adhere to the duty roster and ensure all cleanliness and service standards are met.
    • Comply with local health department regulations.
  • Operational Duties:
    • Restock the Cook, Line, and Server areas with necessary utensils and dishes.
    • Maintain a high level of organization, speed, and cleanliness in all tasks.
    • Report any equipment or facility issues to management promptly.
  • Guest Interaction:
    • Understand and execute responsibilities related to timely service delivery.
