Old Chicago Pizza and Taproom is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Dishwasher. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitized environment for our guests and staff. Your duties will include washing pots, pans, and other cooking equipment, as well as maintaining clean and sanitized kitchen utensils and service ware. You will also be responsible for ensuring the work area and equipment stay clean, and for changing dish machine chemicals, water, and three compartment sink. Responsibilities:

* Wash and sanitize all kitchen equipment and utensils
* Maintain a clean and organized dish area
* Ensure all kitchen equipment is in good working order
* Change dish machine chemicals, water, and three compartment sink
* Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
* Ability to stand for long periods of time
