Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishroom Attendant to join our team at Red Lobster. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests and team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils
  • Operate the dishwasher and other equipment safely and correctly
  • Empty all trash in the kitchen and other areas
  • Support the Cooks with prep work, preparation of Signature Cheddar Bay biscuits, and other tasks as needed
  • Follow all cleanliness and safety protocols
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
