Job Summary

Cambio Property Management LLC is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Leasing Associate to join our team. As a Sales and Leasing Associate, you will be responsible for selling and leasing new and pre-owned homes in our manufactured housing community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the coordination of marketing and sales efforts at the community, including placing advertisements and tracking their effectiveness.
  • Meet and greet prospects, qualifying them and determining their needs and wants.
  • Responsible for completing required forms and delivering executed signed documents to assigned departments.
  • Complete required inspections and assist in coordinating necessary repairs to community rental homes.
  • Manage the home leasing program and coordinate closings.
  • Inspect resident-owned homes for potential purchase and provide recommendations.
  • Coordinate with community management on service requests.
  • Participate in monthly sales and occupancy variance reporting.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED), plus two years of related experience in sales, preferably in housing sales.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Reliable transportation to work.
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and email.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
  • A growth mindset and willingness to learn.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Supervisory Responsibilities
  • This role may supervise one employee within the sales department.
  • Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees, as well as planning, assigning, and directing work.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
  • Frequent standing, walking, sitting, and climbing.
  • Continual talking and hearing.
  • Occasional exposure to outside weather conditions.
  • Lifting and moving objects up to 20 pounds.
