** $100 SIGN ON BONUS **


The Room Service Attendant will oversee the delivery of food and beverages to guest accommodations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Gathering necessary glassware, ice, napkins, china, and flatware as required, ensuring cleanliness and polish.
  • Delivering prompt and accurate service to guest rooms.
  • Ensuring all food and beverage items are covered and served at the correct temperature.
  • Cleaning the service area promptly after meals and organizing supplies accordingly.
  • Maintaining cleanliness in all service areas and removing dining trays from guest room floors.
  • Keeping the service area tidy and well-organized.
  • Cleaning and maintaining all refrigeration units used during service.
  • Coordinating with the Food and Beverage Manager for cleanup instructions.
  • Exhibiting excellent guest relations and serving as a role model for other staff in terms of attire, punctuality, manners, personal hygiene, and morale.
  • Performing additional duties and tasks as assigned by the manager.
