Rehabilitation Program Specialist

This is a position for a Rehabilitation Coordinator located in De Kalb, MS. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements outpatient rehabilitation programs, ensuring alignment with company standards and best practices. Collaborates with program experts to market services to physicians and departments. Manages and maintains databases and outcomes tools, evaluating financial and clinical outcomes of programs. Provides discipline-specific therapy services to patients, adapting behavior to meet their unique needs. Performs other related duties as required.
Job Specifications or Qualifications:
Required Bachelor's degree in physical therapy, occupational therapy or Master's degree in speech language.
