  • Conduct Regular Rounds: Conduct regular property walks to identify and mitigate potential safety hazards, ensuring the hotel remains a secure and comfortable environment for guests.
  • Provide Escort Services: Assist guests with escort services, ensuring their safety and well-being during their stay.
  • Assist with Medical Emergencies: Administer First Aid, CPR, and Heimlich maneuver as necessary, providing critical care to guests in need.
  • Complete Incident Reports: Accurately and thoroughly complete incident reports, documenting all relevant details and incidents.

Requirements:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests, employees, and external agencies.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Demonstrate a strong ability to work in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring accurate and thorough incident reporting and property safety checks.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual communication in Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
  • Certificate of Completion: Hold a Certificate of Completion in Safety and Security Training, as required by state regulations.
  • CPR and First Aid Certification: Possess current CPR, First Aid, and Heimlich maneuver certification.
