Nursing and Medical Support Staff Member

Cumberland Hall Hospital is a 97-bed licensed psychiatric hospital situated in beautiful Hopkinsville, Kentucky. Our multi-disciplinary team provides specialized care for adults, youth, and active-duty military personnel. We strive to deliver exceptional patient experiences through our acute care, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs.
Salary Information: This role comes with an estimated annual salary range of $113,400 based on an hourly wage of $55. The actual salary may vary depending on individual factors such as experience and qualifications.
Job Duties:
- Maintain precise and up-to-date records consistent with regulations and company policies.
- Handle incoming calls, evaluate client urgency, and coordinate assessment processes.
- Prepare and execute comprehensive clinical evaluations and admission consent procedures.
- Solicit necessary documents, including release of information forms and insurance pre-certifications.
Qualifications:
- Masters-level education in counseling, psychology, or social work.
- Availability to work night shifts.
- General understanding of therapeutic relationships, personal growth, boundaries, and behavioral guidance.
