About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Support Specialist to join our team at Aspen Dental. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting the needs of our doctors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the clinical needs of the practice's patients and doctors, assisting during a variety of treatment procedures.
  • Collaborate with practice team to ensure optimum patient satisfaction and perform various office tasks as necessary.
  • Develop and implement effective infection control protocols, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Active license, registration, or permit as required by the state of practice; including x-ray certification if required.
