We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Parts Specialist to join our team at Gables Search Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical clarification and support to dealers and customers in identifying and quoting parts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support dealers and customers in identifying and quoting parts through daily use of parts lists, maintenance manuals, electrical diagrams, and parts drawings.
  • Communicate frequently with factories to receive technical direction and identify parts.
  • Process incoming quotes and orders from dealers' direct sales customers, checking account status and updating account information as needed.
  • Order processing, including quoting, order entry, P.O. receiving, and invoice processing.
  • Filing and credit card processing, including processing credit card purchases via online credit card system.
  • Customer service, including taking incoming phone calls and responding to customer inquiries.
  • Process return authorizations and follow up on open quotes and orders daily.
  • Upload and maintain customer accounting documents to Docushare.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.
  • Must have mechanical aptitude to understand parts and electrical drawings.
  • High level of analytical/problem solving skills and critical thinking.
  • Good organizational skills and customer service phone skills.
  • SAP experience is preferred.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and prioritize workloads.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a warehouse, showroom, and office environment, with exposure to possible hazards including noise, electricity, chemicals, heavy equipment, and other automated and manual machinery.

Physical Demands

The job requires frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifting, pushing, and pulling, as well as repetitive foot, leg, hand, arm, shoulder, and torso movements. Periodic operation of power equipment, sitting at a desk, and utilizing computers and phones are also required.
