Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac Cath Lab team at CommonSpirit Health Mountain Region. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered services.
Key Responsibilities- Assume responsibility and accountability for facilitating, communicating, and collaborating with the healthcare team to identify and meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account patient preferences, values, and goals.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance patient care and safety.
- Associate's degree in nursing required; Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
- One year of experience in a cardiac cath lab or interventional radiology setting preferred.
- Current RN license required; current state nursing licenses or valid RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
