  • Assist with Aftercare duties as needed.

WORK SCHEDULE

This is a part-time position, typically Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with occasional weekend and evening commitments as required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this position, the employee may be regularly required to:
  • Exhibit good manual dexterity and perform repetitive motions with hands and arms.
  • Move throughout the classroom and storage areas to complete various tasks.
  • Communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms.
  • Lift children weighing up to 75 pounds.
  • Engage in sitting, walking, bending, reaching, and occasional lifting of 10-30 pounds.
  • Participate in outdoor activities, which may involve prolonged standing.
  • Possess good or corrected vision, including effective peripheral vision and depth perception.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members at all levels.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, or currently enrolled in a teacher assistant program.
  • Preferred two years of experience working with children.
  • Familiarity with general office equipment and technology platforms such as the Internet, Google Drive, and Microsoft Office.
  • CPR and First Aid certifications are preferred.
WORK ENVIRONMENT

The role is performed in a childcare/classroom setting, with occasional outdoor events that may require prolonged standing. The environment can be fast-paced and requires the ability to manage multiple activities effectively.
