Position Overview:
In this role, the selected candidate will be tasked with overseeing and enhancing the client's IT Infrastructure Service Operations, both Onsite and Offshore. This includes managing program components, timelines, risk assessments, service enhancement initiatives, and effective communication, while also supervising the program budget. The focus will primarily be on IT Infrastructure, with the role acting as a critical link between the client and the program's operational areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establishes objectives and strategies that align with the program's vision and charter, collaborating with cross-functional teams across various enterprise divisions.
  • Identifies significant program milestones and determines the most efficient path to achieve them, considering budget constraints and program objectives.
  • Develops and executes comprehensive program plans that outline scope, resource needs, innovative solutions, best practices, and communication strategies.
  • Facilitates communication between Onsite and Offshore teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provides leadership to diverse cross-functional teams across the enterprise.
  • Monitors contractual service levels, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions throughout the service level management process.
  • Collaborates closely with client teams to ensure smooth transitions of Architecture/Platform changes into Operations.
  • Performs additional duties as required.

  • Capacity to clearly articulate program goals, critical timelines, and objectives.
Education & Experience:
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Extensive experience in managing programs within Enterprise Infrastructure & Applications Support Services.
  • A minimum of 15-20 years of relevant experience is required.
  • At least 10 years of managerial experience is necessary.
Communication Skills:
  • Ability to comprehend complex written and verbal instructions and lead teams effectively.
  • Experience in engaging with C-level executives, including preparing presentations and reports.
  • Proven track record of interacting with VP & C-Level stakeholders, representing service levels and team performance metrics.
Written Communication:
  • Skilled in analyzing, evaluating, and presenting written information clearly.
Verbal Communication:
  • Ability to convey concepts and information succinctly and clearly.
  • Experience in delivering executive-level presentations.
Interpersonal Skills:
  • Strong ability to interact effectively with staff, colleagues, and external contacts.
