Key Responsibilities:
  • Uphold and exemplify Tommy John's customer-centric sales approach to ensure a positive shopping experience and meet sales objectives.
  • Serve as a representative of our core values; lead by example and cultivate trust within the team.
  • Address and resolve customer issues with professionalism and care.
  • Encourage team members to promote brand awareness through social media engagement.
  • Oversee sales transactions to guarantee accuracy and adherence to cash handling protocols.
  • Manage inventory processes, including rolling and annual stock assessments.
  • Ensure merchandise returns are processed correctly and that damaged items are appropriately labeled.
  • Maintain a polished and organized sales environment, ensuring readiness for customers at all times.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Retail Management or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 4 years of retail sales experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to delegate effectively.

  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
