The Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner Clinical Program Manager (APCPM) is a key leadership role within the HonorHealth Medical Group, responsible for overseeing the Advanced Practice Provider (APP) practice model in assigned specialty clinics and affiliated clinical pathways and programs.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with multiple professionals to support and coordinate the provision/management of patient care.
- Develop and execute clinical and programmatic goals aligned with the overall specialty practice and the cardiovascular service line (CVSL) strategic objectives and initiatives.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality and cost-effective care, based on competency and evidence-based clinical practice and research.
- Work closely with physicians and administrative practice leaders to provide applicable clinical expertise, clinical leadership, and programmatic development for assigned cardiovascular specialty practice services.
- Coordinate patient care delivery, maintain environmental safety, and orderly patient flow.
- Master's Degree in Nursing
- 5 years of clinical experience in the assigned specialty area
- Nursing/NP - Nurse Practitioner Valid Arizona Licensure With Prescriptive Authority
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification
- Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) Licensure
