Make a positive impact on the lives of children and adolescents as a Lead Behavioral Health Technician at Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health. Spend time mentoring and having fun with kids in a safe and supportive environment.

Hiring Bonus: $500

Located on a beautiful 10-acre campus in Scottsdale, Devereux Arizona's 24-hour Residential Treatment Center provides various services to youth experiencing emotional, behavioral, or substance abuse challenges. The campus features dormitories, a therapeutic K-12 day school, food services, medical/nursing, and therapy services.

Lead Behavioral Health Technicians coordinate and maintain a therapeutic environment for our Residential Treatment Center. This position protects the health and safety of individuals, assists Program Coordinators with supervising, planning, and implementing program activities, and manages children's behaviors. Lead BHTs serve as a mentor and have fun with kids doing various year-round activities such as art projects, music groups, animal therapy, and athletics.

Pay Range: $19 - $20.90 / hr

Earn an additional $1/hr. 3pm-11pm and $2/hr. 11pm-7am, 7 days/wk.
