Responsibilities

As an Advanced Practice Provider in our Medallion Program, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to our members. You will work collaboratively with our Medallion physicians and care team to provide ambulatory clinical services, ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care. Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with our patients, their families, and our healthcare team.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have a Master's-prepared degree in nursing and be certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Adult Nurse Practitioner. Alternatively, you may have a graduate degree in Physician Assistant studies and be certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Additionally, you must be registered as a PA by the Arizona State Board of Medical Practice and hold a current DEA registration.
