Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a skilled and certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide behavioral support to students from K-12th grade. This full-time, contracted role involves working under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement behavior intervention plans and applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the guidance of a BCBA.
  • Work with students in both individual and group settings to address behavioral goals.
  • Collect data on student progress and report findings to the supervising BCBA.
  • Collaborate with educators, school staff, and families to ensure consistent application of interventions.
  • Assist in developing and modifying strategies to support positive behavioral changes.

Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
  • Must be actively supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Experience in applied behavior analysis (ABA) within a school setting preferred.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
