Job Overview

Position Summary: Take charge of the sales cycle within an account management unit, ensuring the uniform application of procedures, objectives, targets, and policies to meet the corporate sales objectives within Dominion Due Diligence Group's primary services and target clientele.

Key Responsibilities (additional tasks may be assigned as necessary):

  • Collaborate with the Client Services Team in crafting proposals, quotes, and responses to RFPs.
  • Participate in organizational training regarding the scopes and services linked to the commercial real estate transaction process.
  • Address inquiries from potential clients and Dominion Due Diligence Group team members promptly and effectively.
  • Engage with the Client Services Team to fulfill proposal deadlines by prioritizing projects and setting due dates.
  • Conduct thorough research on property and site attributes that may influence engineering, environmental, or energy and sustainability services.
  • Work in conjunction with all company divisions to ensure new initiatives are established for long-term success.
  • Demonstrate precision and meticulous attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Examine service agreements upon project initiation.
  • Coordinate services with the subcontractor management team.
  • Offer assistance to the Client Services Team when the respective Client Manager is unavailable to address client needs.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to address client concerns effectively.
  • Capability to work autonomously and coordinate team efforts efficiently.
  • Aptitude for thriving in client service-oriented, high-pressure, and fast-paced environments while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe is highly preferred.
