Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Merchandising Service team and Manager by effectively communicating project priorities, schedules, and resource requirements.
  • Execute Lowe's customer service policies and procedures, providing exceptional support to our valued customers.
  • Build strong relationships with vendors, ensuring merchandise resets are completed according to company specifications.
  • Maintain a high level of communication and partnership with MSM (Merchandising Service Manager) and red vest associates.
  • Identify and communicate any issues related to product quality, quantity, or additional needs to the Outside Garden Supervisor and MSM.
  • Utilize power equipment such as lifts and order pickers to efficiently adjust fixtures, rotate stock, and display products.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management and maintain organized displays according to planograms.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, providing knowledgeable guidance and exceptional service.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Experience in retail merchandising, customer service, or a related field is highly desirable.
