Key Responsibilities:


In your role as a Field Service Engineer, you will be tasked with surveying, installing, and commissioning In-building systems for various Wireless Service Providers (WSPs) and Enterprise clients.

Your commitment to excellence and your determination to tackle challenges head-on will be essential.

Specifically, you will:
- Conduct Structural Site Surveys at client locations and compile detailed reports for the Engineering Team.
- Assist with RF Benchmarking and ensure proper setup of troubleshooting Test Kits.
- Facilitate and execute DAS Commissioning and Integration tasks across multiple WSPs.
- Provide daily updates to Management in your designated market (CM/PM/Ops Manager).
- Receive assignments and travel to cell site locations for the installation of cellular, small cell, Wi-Fi, and DAS equipment.
- Oversee the installation of all Indoor Small Cell Products and various OEM Radio Equipment.
- Install, connectorize, and test coaxial and CAT 6 ethernet cables.
- Manage the installation and commissioning of DC power plants.

Additionally, you will be responsible for the collection of cellular, DAS, Wi-Fi, and small cell equipment from designated locations, ensuring proper care, scanning, and reporting on equipment status.


Qualifications:

You possess prior field experience in technical domains, including mobility DAS, Wi-Fi, and small cell networks.
You are knowledgeable in various cabling types (RF, Electrical, DC Power, CAT5/6, T1 Copper, Fiber).
You may have a military background with relevant technical experience and an honorable discharge.
You hold a Technical School or Associate's Degree in Engineering or Electronics, or have equivalent experience.
You possess BISCI Credits and relevant certifications (Nokia/Ericsson, DAS Manufacturer, Small Cell).
You demonstrate professionalism in representing the company.

You are flexible to work within maintenance windows (midnight to 6 am) or during the day, as required by project scope, and are reliable in adhering to schedules.

You are willing to travel across the US and are comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

You can effectively utilize technical skills to work independently and collaboratively, executing responsibilities and resolving issues as they arise.

You are capable of managing company vehicles and test equipment responsibly.
You can lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders up to 12 ft.
You are proficient in computer applications and MS Office.
You possess a valid driver's license and relevant safety certifications (OSHA, scissor lift, First Aid, CPR, AED).
