Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Construction Project Manager to oversee the construction and quality of our projects. This individual will be responsible for supervising and coordinating subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing project cost and schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Oversight: Supervise and coordinate subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Safety Management: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Cost and Schedule Management: Manage project cost and schedule, including cost and schedule analysis, estimating costs, and ensuring compliance with contract documents.
  • Quality Control: Ensure high-quality workmanship and materials, and address any quality control issues promptly.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction, with a focus on healthcare facilities management.
  • Certifications: ICRA, OSHA-30, First Aid/CPR, and Bloodborne Pathogens certifications.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in reading and understanding architectural, engineering drawings, and specifications.
Physical Demands:

This position requires moderate levels of standing, walking, and talking/hearing. It sometimes requires sitting, the use of hands to finger, handle, feel, reaching with hands and arms, and rarely requires climbing/balancing or smelling.

Work Environment:

This position requires working in a fast-paced construction environment, with occasional exposure to outdoor weather conditions and moderate noise levels.
