Job Title: Healthcare Construction Superintendent

Location: Tampa, FL

JRG Partners Construction Search Firm is seeking a seasoned Healthcare Construction Superintendent to lead high-level construction projects across various sectors. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate and finalize trade and vendor contracts to ensure profitability and adherence to budget constraints.
  • Plan and schedule construction operations, managing site resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and progress reports, and addressing inquiries or concerns.
  • Oversee deliveries and material supplies to the job site, ensuring efficient project flow.
  • Supervise on-site activities, offering guidance and leadership to subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with construction specifications.
  • Maintain the highest standards of safety and health on the job site, implementing OSHA guidelines and ensuring all practices meet local and federal regulations.
  • Compile and manage the Project Close Out binder, detailing all relevant project completion documentation.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in construction management, with a strong preference for candidates with ground-up construction expertise.
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture or a closely related field is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, FastTrack, and other relevant software platforms.
  • OSHA certification is required.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
  • A background in major trades is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range: $125,000 - $135,000 per year, based on experience.
