We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resource Receptionist/Assistant to provide administrative support to the Human Resource Department at Lake of the Torches Resort Casino. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining accurate records, and performing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Human Resource Department, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee files, I-9 documents, and other HR-related paperwork.
- Assist with new hire processing, including preparing and distributing new hire packets, and conducting new hire orientations.
- Provide support with employee recognition events, including data entry, material preparation, and attending functions.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned, including filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school education or equivalent.
- One to two years of experience in human resources, employment, or administrative support.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficiency with PC's, Word, Excel, and other related software.
This role is based in an office environment and requires the ability to work independently with supervision from the Human Resource Director. The successful candidate will be required to attend all mandatory meetings and training sessions.
