The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a passion for the construction industry. They will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including site managers, project managers, and other key stakeholders
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers, including product demonstrations and training
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive sales and business growth

Requirements:

  • 4-year degree from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the construction industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of consultative selling techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to travel extensively within the designated territory

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in the construction or surveying industry
  • Knowledge of construction equipment and basic mechanics
  • Well-developed communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Word and Excel
  • Ability to create and deliver PowerPoint presentations
