Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Tow Truck Driver to join our team as a Tow Truck Recovery Specialist. As a Tow Truck Recovery Specialist, you will be responsible for responding to roadside emergencies within a designated area, providing professional assistance to customers, and ensuring a safe working environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to roadside emergencies within a designated area, adhering to safety procedures and protocols.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing their concerns and needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain the tow truck and all equipment in excellent condition to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

  • Hold a valid license to operate a tow truck in the state.
  • Possess a clean driving record and demonstrate safe driving skills.
  • Have experience with basic roadside assistance, such as changing tires.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure.
