Job Summary

The Remittance Processing Specialist IV position is a key role in our organization, responsible for performing moderately complex control processes with minimal supervision. This position requires a high level of expertise in data entry and operator functions, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform day-to-day functions of deposit/transmission reconciliation and balancing
  • Research and resolve non-conforming images
  • Act as a backup to the Lead in their absence
  • Maintain and execute control processes to ensure all client work is deposited and transmitted
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure quality and process adherence
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years of experience in data entry or operator functions
  • Good hand/eye coordination
  • Detail-oriented and quality-conscious
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Flexible schedule, possibly including weekends, holidays, overtime, and/or off shifts
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well independently and with others
  • Ability to adapt to change and learn new processes as the business evolves
Preferred Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 5 years of work experience
