Job Overview

The Compliance Risk Project Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing compliance initiatives within the Markets sector.

Key Responsibilities:


• Support the implementation and evaluation of controls aimed at reducing the risk of regulatory non-compliance, including the monitoring and analysis of exposure against established regulatory limits.


• Identify and recommend enhancements to existing processes, leading the charge in the execution of these improvements.


• Govern the Markets Prudential and Regulatory Risk profile, reviewing pertinent issues, metrics, and control performance, while preparing comprehensive reports for senior management.


• Conduct analyses for regulatory applicability and control mapping to ensure accuracy and relevance for Markets operations.


• Collaborate with stakeholders across various functions, fostering strong relationships with internal partners.


• Engage as part of a global team to monitor controls, provide oversight, and address issues promptly.

Qualifications:


• Proven experience in Regulatory Governance and/or Product Control within Financial Services.


• Familiarity with global markets traded products and related control principles is advantageous.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal abilities.
