Position Overview:

Additionally, this position allows you to utilize your hands-on skills, making it perfect for those with a mechanical inclination.

Our compensation packages are designed to reward diligent employees for their contributions. Potential earnings in the first year range from $40,000 to $50,000, with top performers having the opportunity to earn even more. A guaranteed base salary is provided during the training period.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell services and products within the designated territory, adhering to assigned sales/service quotas and established protocols.
  • Identify potential clients using innovative lead generation strategies.
  • Deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospects, highlighting the advantages and unique features of our offerings compared to competitors.
  • Conduct follow-ups with prospective clients.
  • Inspect, service, and install fire extinguishers, fire suppression systems, and emergency lighting.
  • Manage work orders and complete all necessary documentation in accordance with standardized procedures.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Windows-based software and MS Office 2000 or later.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record that meets company standards.
  • Excellent analytical and mechanical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
  • Flexible approach; persistent; action-oriented; adept in interpersonal relations.
  • Problem-solving aptitude; ability to provide solutions for clients using a consultative sales approach; customer-focused.
  • Willingness to work full-time and travel as needed, including evenings and weekends to meet client needs.
  • Ambitious, results-driven individual with entrepreneurial spirit.

Physical Requirements:
  • Must maintain good physical health with no restrictions.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 75 pounds and carry 50 pounds repeatedly.
  • Capability to push and pull weights exceeding 100 pounds as necessary.
  • Must be able to safely climb ladders and reach heights of at least 12 feet.
  • This role may involve handling chemicals that could be skin or respiratory irritants. Candidates must not have sensitivities to these materials.
