Key Responsibilities
  • Instruct and guide consumers in job exploration and development, promoting independence and self-advocacy.
  • Assist consumers in obtaining competitive employment within the community, consistent with their abilities and goals.
  • Provide ongoing support services to employers and consumers, promoting job retention and advancement.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
  • Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
Benefits
  • Competitive hourly rate: $22.50 per hour.
  • Full-time schedule: 40 hours per week.

Work Environment
