Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Flexibility Specialist to join our team at StretchLab Valencia. As a Flexibility Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering one-on-one assisted stretch sessions to our clients, educating them on stretching techniques and mobility, and creating customized stretching experiences to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver One-on-One Assisted Stretch Sessions: Provide safe and effective stretching sessions to clients, using our proprietary Flexologist Training Program (FTP) to ensure a world-class experience.
  • Educate Clients on Stretching Techniques and Mobility: Teach clients how to properly stretch and move their bodies, helping them to achieve optimal flexibility and mobility.
  • Create Customized Stretching Experiences: Work with clients to create personalized stretching plans that meet their unique needs and goals.
  • Help Create a Unique StretchLab Experience: Contribute to the development of our studio's unique culture and atmosphere, helping to build memberships and retention.
  • Ensure Client Safety: Ensure that clients are stretching safely and effectively, enforcing StretchLab policies and safety regulations.
  • Attend Staff Meetings and Training Sessions: Participate in regular staff meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on the latest stretching techniques and industry developments.

Requirements

  • Certification and/or Degree: Hold a certification or degree from a nationally accredited organization in one or more of the following fields: Personal Trainer, Athletic Trainer, Massage Therapist, Physical Therapist, or Yoga Instructor.
  • Positive Energy and Attitude: Possess a positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a passion for helping others achieve their goals.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients and colleagues alike.
