Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Polysomnographic Technician to join our team. As a Polysomnographic Technician, you will be responsible for conducting sleep studies, scoring sleep data, and providing patient education and counseling on sleep-related disorders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct sleep studies, including overnight polysomnography, multiple sleep latency testing, and portable sleep studies.
  • Score sleep data and prepare reports for physician interpretations.
  • Provide patient education and counseling on sleep-related disorders, including sleep apnea, insomnia, and restless leg syndrome.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans for patients with sleep disorders.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest sleep testing technologies and techniques.
Requirements:
  • Registered Sleep Technologist (RST) or Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) certification.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in sleep testing or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
