Front Desk Clerk Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Front Desk Clerk to join our team at La Quinta Inn Daphne.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including checking guests in and out, handling room assignments, and processing payments.
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
