Front Desk Receptionist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Front Desk Clerk to join our team at La Quinta Inn Daphne.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage the front desk operations, including checking guests in and out, handling room assignments, and processing payments.
- Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
